If you need to your Blood Pressure checked during the Pandemic and do not have access to a monitor, you can use a sphygmomanometer, also known as a blood pressure monitor, or blood pressure gauge, which is used to measure blood pressure. This can be purchased at a low cost from online websites.


With immediate effect in line with NHS Digital we no longer have a Fax Machine.

Any patients who are seen in the Practice now need to wear a face covering or mask if asked to attend an appointment. If you exempt then you need to visit the Government Website for an exemption form.

We are now offering a new Video Consultation Service and to use this service you will need to be registered for Patient Access. During these uncertain times, the best way to register for this service is by setting up online as below. If you are unable to do this you can download a form and return to us in the post or email.

Please note any digital image submitted as part of an online consultation, will be stored within your clinical notes.

Patient Registration:  If you are registering as a New Patient, you will need to complete a GMS1 (purple form) and a New Patient Form according to your age.  We can not process any New Registrations without both of these forms.
