Wednesday: 0900-1200 Phlebotomist
Thursdays: 09.00 - 12.00 HCA
Friday: 09.00 - 12.00 Phlebotomist
Saturday : Once a Month AM
Making an Appointment
All appointments will be Face to Face with the Team except for any Reviews that can be conducted over the telephone or video consultation.
You can make an appointment with any one of the nurses or Healthcare Team at the Practice by:

Blood tests are available to book between 09.00 and 11.30 during the week at the Practice. We also offer appointments at the weekend through the Improved Access Service. You can make appointments to have your bloods taken at Hove Polyclinic if it has been requested by your GP.
If you are booking any of the appointments as listed below you will need to book a double appointment. As you are only able to book a single appointment on our Internet Booking Service, you will need to telephone the surgery to book your appointment.

If you would like to speak with the Nurse for advice before your appointment or have any concerns regarding a procedure please ring and leave your details and the Nurse will call you back when they are free (usually at the end of Clinic).

Cancelling an Appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason and need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to another patient. If you have Patient Access or the NHS App you can cancel online. If the phone lines are closed, then you can email us on BHCCG.Thehaven@nhs.net.
