Our Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the Practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and can signpost you to the right services or help for your  health issue or query. Please note they are not medically trained but will do their best to help you.

Receptionists make most of our Patient appointments for both our Practice and our Improving Access Service.  They also perform many other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, referrals and letters on your behalf.

We are very proud of our Team and value you greatly.
