Free support to become more confident and do more online

This is a great new service that gives support to patients who have difficulty accessing or managing online services.

As we all move towards a more digital, connected future, we want to make sure that our patients feel confident using digital devices and staying safe online. This includes ensuring there is help for patients who may need support to do new things online, perhaps use the internet for the first time or to simply explore what’s possible.

We're delighted to let you know that we are running a Digital Ambassador Service to support with NHS online services; including registering for an NHS online account and your practice’s online services.
